What kind of chocolate do you use for your garnishes? Do you mix it with anything to make it shiny? Cute idea!
I use a mixture of chocolate chips and bars of 70% cocoa! I love dark chocolate! I am working on a post about tempering chocolate which helps make your chocolate shine! When melting chocolate – slow and low with the heat are key! Thanks for the comment; my friends have asked me the same question!
renee can I get the recipe for the cupcakes you brought to CVG for a treat? I will take either recipe but I am more interested in the chocolate one. Thanks Jean Ann
